If you have ever bought shoes online, you’ll probably know it’s a bit complicated: from the exact size to the shape and comfort of the shoe, making mistakes is really easy. And sending back purchases is always an extra trip that pollutes the environment: if possible, I avoid it!
So I sent an email to the customer service of Saola, and I immediately received a reply from a very kind Florian. The indications received turned out to be essential for a great purchase! In fact, the model I bought, “SEMONZ LL ROSE GOLD”, fits a bit bigger than regular: Florian warned me and I ordered a half number less.

From the order confirmation email, the shoes arrived in just 6 days (I live in Milan), in a recycled cardboard box.
The sneakers are exactly as you see them in Saola’s e-commerce and above all they are really comfortable and light. The shoes have been well thought, both in terms of comfort and sustainability.

Do you really want me to find a flaw? Well, my foot, even if thin, doesn’t run very well when you put the shoe on, so I have to widen the strings a lot. But it is a small thing.
Finally I truly recommend this shoes to you all, and probably I’m going to buy them in another color!
